Bellingham Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu will be hosting a free self-defense class for trans and gender expansive students in this inclusive environment with trans and non-binary instructors.

Clothing that is comfortable and easy to move in. Avoid accessories that could hurt your grappling partner.
